We offer a range of Boxing, BoxFit, MMA and Jiu Jitsu classes to suit all levels of client, from beginner to advanced level.

​We encourage exploring multiple disciplines, so feel to attend classes as you wish. However, if you prefer to focus on a single discipline, you're more than welcome to do that too!

Boxing

The great western art of pugilism. Boxing is focused on effective punching, blocking, attacking and evasive techniques.

Our classes include a combination of: 

  • Technical skills

  • Drill-based training

  • High cardio

  • Pad work

  • Bag work

  • Core strength

  • Conditioning 

  • Improve balance & reflexes

Class Schedule

Boxfit

A combination of boxing and fitness designed to provide a tough yet enjoyable workout. This is the ideal way to keep fit, stay healthy and have fun while learning the art of boxing. 

BoxFit offers an excellent range of skill, fitness and strength advantages including:

  • High cardio workout (HIIT)

  • Core strength

  • Strength training 

  • Pad work

  • Bag work

MMA

A combination of various effective skills from different martial arts put together to form a complete combat system. Great for self defence!

MMA offers a mix of physical, mental, and lifestyle benefits: ​​

Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu is an ancient form of martial arts concentrating on grappling, holds and locks – a mixture of wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Sambo, and Judo.

From foundational techniques to advanced strategies, you'll gain practical self-defense skills, improve your fitness, and cultivate a warrior's spirit.
